I had a problem the first 3 times I rang in the morning where it said my call could not be taken and cut me off. This was only a few minutes after 8.30am. I’m not sure if there was a problem that morning or of the queue has a maximum number and was already full. On my 4th attempt I did manage to get through. The call back service on the phone is very helpful.

Suggested improvements
If the queue has a maximum number the message should say that because I wasn’t sure what else I could try other than to drive to the surgery to make an appointment
