Always at least 15 mind after appointment time when you are finally seen.usually 25-30 mins wait. One of the receptionists interferes far too much with colleagues patients thus leaving hers waiting.....

Suggested improvements
Not enough communication once in surgery, no updates or.apologies, you're just left wondering when you are ever going to be seen. Receptionist needs to be told not her surgery and stop being a control freak with other receptionists.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry to hear of the issues that you have had. Although we try to have two receptionists at our front desk during busy times, they support each other with patient queries to ensure that our patients are given the correct information first time. We have receptionists with varying levels of experience, so our more knowledgeable team members are often used to support the learning of newer members. I apologise that this can cause a delay to patients waiting to speak to someone. This is a necessary part of staff training to allow us to have enough people to look after our patients.
