Booking the flu jab online was easy, but then later we were offered a jab together with covid. Lots of people were changing their minds about appointments already booked apparently. On arrival at the surgery for the flu jab, someone was offering covid appointments just as we were called forward for the flu jab. This was stressful as I needed to check my phone diary, but didn't want to hold up the queue! Had the online appointment system worked for booking the covid jab instead of showing all appointments were taken, it would have avoided this bit of chaos. I also was unable to book an appointment online for another matter, which was frustrating. Sorry, but I want you to be successful and know you need honest, private, feedback.

Suggested improvements
Get the online booking service working properly, and make sure there are sufficient dates available for those invited to book appointments. Don't try to book appointments face to face when patients are at the head of the queue for their jab, so as to not delay the doctors and fluster the patient.
