Absolutely shocking service yet again from the glebe. Hours to get through to reception. Booked onto call back system from doctors and then still no call. Call back receptionist 1.5 hours after time slot given of still no call, told to just wait until the dr eventually calls. Booked a telephone appointment with the physio for the next day, received a 2 hr call slot. Again no call back. On hold for another hour to try to speak to a receptionist with still no call from the physio. The glebe seems to be the Worst service from the nhs I have ever experienced and this regularly happens whenever I or my family need to deal with the surgery.

Suggested improvements
Keep to time slots of the two hours given. Improve the telephone system so you can get through to reception.

Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry that you have experienced these problems. We are aware that there are currently long waits to get through to us on the phone, and that patients are being cut off. It is a long-standing issue that we have tried to resolve with our current phone company but they have been unable to locate the problem. We will be moving to a new phone system by the end of the year that should give all our patients a better experience.
