It depends which receptionist you get. There is a male receptionist who is sometimes there who speaks extremely loudly, making your conversation very public and asks personal questions. He had also upset my additional needs daughter by being rude and also failing to listen to her and notice that she is clearly additional needs. She is now frightened of going to the surgery in case he is on reception. I think that is a terrible shame. There is often 17 or more people ahead of you in a telephone queue.

Suggested improvements
Care of who you employ on reception would be ideal as they are the first point of contact
