Long time to answer the phone, stuck in a queue system & occasionally have been cut off!

Suggested improvements
I used the self checkin, so need to join the queue to see the receptionist

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for your experience with our phone lines and can certainly understand how frustrating it must be. We are aware of this problem and are working diligently with the company that operates our phone system to get this resolved as soon as possible. We are also going to be moving to a new system in the near future which will hopefully provide a better experience for all our patients.
