Dr Jenkins was so professional explaining everything to me, he did not rush the appointment, complete 5* care. I was a bit disappointed with the young ladies on reception, both were laughing at something on the computer screen and totally ignored me, and left me standing there, in the end I had to ask to be checked in! They then acknowledged me.
