Called in as I was suffering severe back pain. Dr Newsom was the duty doctor and the team in deception could hear my distress and pain and managed to get Dr Newsom some time to speak to me. Dr Newsom was brilliant as always, gave me good advice and made me feel that a solution was forthcoming. It was exactly how I hope the nhs can work all the time. Let’s make sure it gets better funding!

It was an excellent service so nothing to add in terms of this experience.
