I thought the asthma person I spoke to was very helpful and understanding. I felt confident we had reached the right result for my needs.

Wasn't sure whether one can categorise the severeness of your asthma in terms of do you feel breathless twice a week, once a day etc etc. The trouble with asthma is that it is very variable.
