I have been no.14 in the queue on occasions but when I made this appointment I think I was no.5

Managing the telephone calls more swiftly would be good but I do understand the pressure the surgery can be under at times. I have always been very satisfied with my treatment by members of the surgery staff, the doctors, nurses and receptionists have all been excellent.
