I waited 40 minutes for the phone to be answered - I was no. 20 in the queue - in order to make a (telephone) appointment to speak to the doctor. The receptionist was very helpful and understanding. The GP was also very helpful and understanding. The main problem is getting through to the surgery in the first place. I am a carer for my husband and it's not necessarily convenient to have to wait on the phone for 40 minutes before it's answered!

Suggested improvements
Why can't appointments be made at ANY time of the day??? Why only between 8:30-10 am? / 11am? Why not have more receptionists taking calls between those times?
