Bad experience made it almost impossible to have a cooperative discussion about my care. 45 minutes late starting appointment, error text messages galore about appointments, unable to book ahead 3 months appointment because system blocked 2024 bookings, continuing frustration with phone system. I have written to practice manager and await reply

Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry that you have experienced these problems. We are aware that there are currently long waits to get through to us on the phone, and that patients are being cut off. It is a long-standing issue that we have tried to resolve with our current phone company but they have been unable to locate the problem. We will be moving to a new phone system by the end of the year that should give all our patients a better experience. Thank you for writing to us separately as this site does not give us patient information, and we are grateful for the chance to investigate and reply to you.
