Easy to get appointment if you are really quite poorly or worried. Ive never had a real problem. Reception team fantastic

Just one thing : when I had my bloods taken my arm was not wiped with an alcohol wipe. Surely this should have been done so that no bacteria entered??? I have had cancer so immune system not great And my arm was not placed on a pillow or chair rest it was just left hanging making it quite painful. One nice bruise left
