The unacceptable delay in obtaining a swift doctors appointment continues and shows no improvement. To explain your reasons for a doctors appointment to a non-clinician reception staff is also unacceptable. This needs to change.

To be brutally honest I’m not sure about the roles of the reception staff, they are non-clinical and the need to explain personnel details in obtaining an appointment - just not acceptable.
