Phone calls are always queued so it can take time and the options to use the NHS app are sometimes irrelevant/not possible without having the surgery set up the permissions in the first place. Going to the surgery is okay but available appointments aren’t always available in the immediate future and it is more hassle to travel to the surgery.

Suggested improvements
Not applicable for a simple blood test. A good feature of the electronic check-in system is that I was seen quickly when appointments before me had not arrived- bonus points to Dawn for that service.
