I have no complaints about the nurse I saw she was kind and considerate.

Suggested improvements
Following from above, I had to do a blood pressure reading. Firstly the chair is not really tall enough to get your arm at correct angle. Secondly it would be a good idea for someone to actually check it has paper in and working. I tried once and got no paper, thinking I had done something wrong I tried again, the second time not only didn’t give me the slip of paper, it pumped up so hard it registered 296, I could not pull my arm out and had to read instructions in pain on how to stop it, finally I found the quick off button right at bottom under arm.. I then went to receptionist and told her what had happened and she just said it had run out of paper and turned it off, she did apologise for it being faulty but when I got home my arm really ached for several hours. To say I was less than impressed was an understatement.
