Staff responded immediately to urgent need to prevent long term consequences of my new medical condition. GP’s skills, knowledge and empathy were outstanding. Thank you.

It would help considerably if initially message given went connected by phone was shorter and if there were more people answering the calls to reduce the time in call queue. This would make it easier to get through on the telephone. I waited 26 minutes to have my call answered.
