I called surgery first thing was number 4 in queue which rapidly went to 1st in queue. I had an appointment that morning but felt I couldn't attend as it was a viral cold. Reception promptly changed the appointment from face to face to a telephone call. This was much appreciated and preferable to cancelling and reappointing.
