A little surprised but delighted to be able to secure a same day appointment. Dr Ellis was very comprehensive in her medical assessment. Booked me in for several additional tests to explore my symptoms and possibly identify a solution &/or appropriate treatment.

I know how busy doctors and the surgery are and it’s amazing how many appointments they can fit in. My appointment was running some 30+ minutes behind schedule so it would be very informative if there was maybe an electronic sign highlighting such delays, similar to some hospital departments. The information sign could be managed by the receptionists.
