Having to wait 45 minutes in the telephone queue to re—book an appointment cancelled due to staff illness isn’t a good experience. Having got through to speak to someone it took less than a minute to book a replacement within 4 working days, which I consider good.

Suggested improvements
I was seen a few minutes after the scheduled time. An indication of the likely real timing would be good to manage expectations.
