It’s expected because when I booked it was Monday but I was 24th in the queue so I rang back in half an hour then I was 17th. So I rang back after my work meeting 9.30am ish and was 4th in the queue so could hold.

Suggested improvements
When I got there to check in the auto system wasn’t working and then there was a receptionist working at the desk but there was a sign that basically said talk to the person to my left, well that receptionist was with an ansty/ rude patient complaining loudly and there was a queue of 7 of us and the other lady could have opened her desk to help. Instead we waited just over 10 minutes and the elderly gentleman in front of me was struggling to stand that long and a lady with a baby decided to leave.
