Normally very easy to get an appointment, but sometimes a receptionist doesn’t come across as helpful or friendly & seems to give a longer waiting time for an appointment, that someone else a few days before would give you one that week for the same issue

Surgery was empty. I turned up 10 minutes early to 2 other people there. 1 other person turned up & all 3 left by the time the nurse came by to call me, over 15 minutes after my appointment was due. She hadn’t been out before that. She then was stopped by a very cheerful nurse to look at what I assume was just the difference in colour between two pots she had. I don’t mind waiting, but when there’s no obvious reason why & then there’s a brief conversation on our way into the room, I thought I’d point it out. That’s only picking though, the appointment went well & she was really thorough & friendly
