Very good consultation with lots of empathy and explanations …. Kind and considerate Helpful and thoughtful receptionist.

Maybe been a bit quicker at reception but I think there was training going on which will obviously be helpful to everyone if more receptionists! Getting an appointment when telephoning is getting quicker both in the time it takes for the call to be answered and when an appointment is offered….. Great
