In her own words, Nurse Middleton came across as "interrogatory"! I certainly felt pressured by her manner of questioning, and got the impression she felt the task to be arduous and an irritation. I didn't get the impression that she approached my review with an awareness and overview of my health other than defined by diabetes. I don't want Nurse Middleton to conduct my diabetic review in the future until she receives a refresher training in how to engage with patients in a positive and holistic manner.
