Having to wait in the queue in order to first speak to a receptionist can take too long, then there isn't always a slot for a consultation in the near future. Also I am not in favour of telephone consultations. It can be reassuring to talk to your doctor face to face especially for old patients like me. There is no continuity now and we have to repeat things too many times.

The whole system is overwhelmed and needs more funds.
