As ever the care provided by the health care professionals was first class, less impressed with the organisation of things. I received three separate messages about the time of my appointment all of which were different. The organisation on the day was not good, with the desk for arranging covid appointments in the way for those patients awaiting their flu vaccination and then I was told that I could have come down with my wife 3 hours earlier.

Organise things better.
