It can be difficult to get through to make an appointment and then to get one quickly. That being said, if you desperately need to be seen on the day, you Do get seen
Suggested improvements
A male receptionist upset my additional needs daughter with his loud and rude behaviour towards her. I have not seen him change sadly. My daughter always worries in case he is on reception. I think that this is appalling, especially when reception staff have no idea what a patient is having to live with and should approach all strangers who appear in front of them with care. A patient should always feel safe at the doctors surgery.
