Pleased with my appointments but concerned about the receptionist knowledge. When asked about collecting a bowel cancer screening test, I was told there were none at the practice and given a telephone number to call to order one. I later found out that Dr Ellis had arranged for one to be left in the surgery for me all named and ready to use. Luckily I picked it up.
