I have laryngitis- obviously difficult for a phone consult - but your nurse - without examining me - gave me nothing not even advice to help with loss of voice.
Which is ongoing
Suggested improvements
Asked me to come in - given me 5 minutes to listen to my chest etc which should have been done. I also have had chemo this summer for blood cancer which has lowered my immune system. I feel that you have not served me well and you should have had a face to face with me. So I still have no voice. But I do have a cough
