This was based on my experience yesterday in requesting an appointment and seeing the doctor within four hours. The new much-improved phone system enables the caller to arrange a call back and speak to reception to make an appointment, it saves hanging onto the phone waiting for someone to answer. All works very well. On arrival the receptionist were warm and welcoming and the doctor was on time and excellent.

Car parking can be awkward in busy times but generally OK.
