As always the staff abd nurse were very helpful and caring. I don’t give 5 stars for ease of appointment as one can wait a long time in a queue in the phone

Waiting on the phone to make an appointment can be very time consuming and I have had to hold for 49 minutes before now. I understand there is a new system and I think more staff have been employed?????? If so hopefully this situation will improve.
