I called the doctors at gone 10am as really wasn't feeling well and the receptionist was lovely and got me an appointment for 11:20.

I’ll phone reception very helpful when phoned for an appointment when I arrived the booking system is easy to use and save time waiting at the counter

Very hard to get an appointment on the day. Pure luck required, lucky today, receptionist realised how much pain i was in. Follow ups hard when you need to see a particular G.P.

Toilets needed a clean. Main entrsnce doors not working as should.

Sometimes you have to push to through reception advising how serious your condition is

Practice manager maybe to see if certain illnesses have increased like womens gynae cancer and introduce a patient wellbeing forum. Also if you have an embarrassing condition to be able to speak to the receptionists quietly and not having to explain yourself whilst other patients are waiting to book in. Maybe the patient could ask to write it down.
