Using the online booking was extremely easy and allowed me to get an appointment that was more suited for me.
I am very happy with the service the team provide, have no complaints and would recommend the surgery to others.
The only disappointment is that if the appointment is non urgent it can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to get a appointment.
Like others I have been under the DMC for over 40 years and have always found the doctors most helpful. In recent months I have seen Dr Alao on a numbers of occasions and have found him most helpful. Like others, looking forward to the new surgery.
I am generally happy when I am able to see my GP of choice, although this can be a challenge. The support staff generally try to be helpful -I think some investment in training would help them.I'd like to see access to nurse appointments online.
Once you can get an appointment Doctors very helpful. Trying to get an appointment is a task in itself. Very little consideration is given to people who have to work and can not make a phone at 8am.
There are some reception staff who believe they have a medical degree and others who try to help. The wait to get your prescription takes longer than your time to see a Doctor. I have been attending the surgery since 1990. I find the nursing staff go out of their way to help you and I have a lot for them.
