Once you can get an appointment Doctors very helpful. Trying to get an appointment is a task in itself. Very little consideration is given to people who have to work and can not make a phone at 8am. There are some reception staff who believe they have a medical degree and others who try to help. The wait to get your prescription takes longer than your time to see a Doctor. I have been attending the surgery since 1990. I find the nursing staff go out of their way to help you and I have a lot for them.
