I find the female receipitionists to be extremely rude and unhelpful when trying to book appointments particularly when it comes to same day appointments for my yiung daughter.
The doctors are ok, depending on who you see. There is one doctor I refuse to see after very very bad experience.
The midwife Carol is amazing, as is the nurse and nurse practitioner.
