Felt like as soon as I walked in they wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. (Not the first time this has happened at this surgery) Don't know whever it's to do with age or what but every time I use Mountbatten house surgery it's just get in and get out. Seems that they are not interested unless you are under 18 or over 65. Almost as if they're not even listening to what I have to say. How many more times have I got to go here and get ignored. Suppose Il just have to wait until I'm 65 to get any sort of care.

The ability to get a booked appointment had to ask for an urgent one yet. Doctors listen, although time constrained and attempt to resolve any questions. Nothing negative to say. I give the text appointment reminder.

The care and attention I have received from MHS has been and always top class. I am a founding member if you like joined when Dr Harriram and Delergy founded the original surgery. I must point out the care and attention given to me by Alexis - who I hold in the highest of high esteem.
