The receptionists can appear uncaring and blunt at times and it is not nice to be questioned about why I need an appointment. It's as if they decide whether it's important or not!

I think the receptionists do a great job. They are helpful and discreet. I have never rang and not have an appointment

When the hospital tells the GP to contact me THAT'S exactly what they do. Still waiting after 2years

I have not found any fault with the surgery, and have always had prompt and courteous service from all staff, so therefore in my opinion no change is necessary.

I was given time to explain how I felt and was asked questions to clarify. Treatment was fully explained to me and I left the surgery feeling very reassured. I have seen doctors and nurses at the surgery and I have confidence in their he he heRCknowledge and expertise.
