I have been registered at Swines head surgery (now SMG) for many years rest of my life with the reception of time spent at uni.
The service is always very good, and staff do their best. I understand that all surgeries are under pressure but have never had difficulty getting advice or appts as necessary for myself and 2 children.

The nurse was very helpful.
Although some of the prescription staff are a bit unfriendly at times.

Prompt appointment time. Student nurse in surgery which I was asked about before hand and who provided chaperone services.
Dr listened and provided appropriate suggestions for treatment.

We were given an appointment very quickly with the nurse practitioner (Miss Kelly)?
She was very thorough in examining my girls and was very helpful and excellent with my children.
