They listen to you but think a pill is always the answer, "which it isn't".
Always very pleasant.
Mostly on time.
At least one evening should be given to take appointments to about 8 pm.
Should be surgery appointments on Saturdays.

I was registered with SMG for roughly six years during which time I found the service provided to be outstanding. All staff from Receptionist to GP were professional, friendly, approachable and caring with an immaculate medical centre that was clean, modern and easy to access. I received a high standard of medical care and treatment on every visit and all staff in the SMG team provided an excellent level of service.
