Everything appointment made to overlap, which meant having to come to twice.
Couldn't find anything to improve. Arthritis needs adding to the list of long-term illness.

I couldn't breathe during the night and so I arrived at the opening time to ask to be seen. The receptionist was kind and a doctor rearranged his morning to see me as soon as possible. To be seen this quickly made a massive difference to my escalating anxiety.
