I realise that the surgery have many patients but sometimes it is necessary to have a longer consultation than 10 minutes and then one has to have in second consultation another day.

The receptionists always listen and Dr/someone always phones back promptly.

My family and I have had reason to visit the surgery on several occasions over the last few months. We have been consistently welcomed with a warm and helpful "can-do" attitude at the front desk and treated with compassion and understanding by all clinical and non-clinical staff with whom we have had contact. As a health professional myself I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

No problem ever experienced with the care and treatment received. I do not feel any desire for improvements when I am looked after so well.
