Welcomed by the receptionist with a smile( which is always a good sign. My app with the nurse went really well she tried to put me at ease.
My app with Dr. Whitfield went really well she gave me good advise.

The doctor I saw was very friendly; listened to me and understood my worries.
I did feel that the doctor wasn't as concerned as myself.
He was running thirty minutes behind time but no apology.
