Always feel cared for when attending the surgery. The consistency in Dr's is great. It's easy to get an appointment or call back. Feel well looked after. Am about to start working away so hope to make use of evening appointments.

would like to see my blood test results on line and greater detail in the patient summary record, not just allergic reactions and drugs, possibly diagnosis information from visits to the doctor as different doctors give differing diagnosises for what was thought to be same issue.
Non Annual checks could be on a need to see basis based only required either ny the patient or if results are not showing within ranges, and Annual checks should be automatic so as not to missed as reminders have been sent out post the visit to the surgery wasting time and resources.

Thank you for your feedback about the care and treatment you receive at Swineshead Medical Group. You will be pleased to learn that you should soon have access to more detailed information on line. Plans are in place to make sure this will be available for patients in the New Year, however we have to ensure that this is appropriate for individual patients and you may need to 'apply' for access.
