Since moving to Swineshead 5 years ago and registering with Fairfax House practice we have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the surgery. The online repeat prescription service is excellent and we have no problems making an appointment online. Recently, my wife rang for an appointment at 4pm and was offered one at 4.30 the same day!!! The nursing staff and doctors are all first class and you never feel under pressure during your appointment. The booking system is also excellent and with the follow up texts and text reminders there should be no reasonable excuse for missing an appointment. We are indeed fortunate to have an excellent facility here, especially when you hear of issues around the country, but lets keep our surgery our little secret ;-).
