Diabetes recall service not working as no recall notification. The last time I had to ring and make an appointment mentioning the failure of a recall, and then received a recall notification a week after I had seen the doctor. I wouldn't rely on the recall service.

Thank you for your feedback about the diabetes recall system. We know that it is not working as it should at the moment and are putting systems in place to make sure it is more effective and efficient in the future. Unfortunately this means that some patients have been missed and some have received duplicate invitations but we are determined to do better. You can speak to Nurse Linda or the Practice Manager in more detail if you wish.
