Since the surgery merged the Admin side is appalling! Cannot fault the medical staff at all, professional, caring and friendly. Admin side let's the surgery down. One phone diverted to the one surgery. I'm not prepared to wait 25mins+ to have the phone answered and as for the irritating voice assuring me that my call has been noted and thanks for my patience!!! I have no option than being patient.

Suggested improvements
Revert back to individual surgeries answering their own phones! I don't understand how it was thought one phone answered was sensible. Stop meddling with a system that worked. Obviously the merger has upset the apple cart and many staff seem to have left, this is not the fault of patients and management should have been better prepared.
