I came in for blood test every 2 weeks. These are consistently not passed on to the specialist. I ring the surgery and remind them to send them on - but still they fail to do this. This has resulted in delays with accessing specialist help and support. Really unacceptable and frustrating.

Able to see a doctor when needed.

Not being able to 'book' an appointment except on the day makes fitting docs into work difficult.
