On my visit (At very short notice), I was very nervous regarding being called into the surgery. To be advised of reports from R.L.I. following my pre op assessment on Friday 11/9/15. Everything was explained to me in much detail. Then medication and further exploratory RQ scans etc. To try and a certain underlying problems. Wending hopefully-To returning to full health and hopefully to then be accepted for my new replacement operation. I found the overall speed taking for my Cp appointment was superb. Plus GP was very calming which I sincerely appreciated. Thank you all concerned.

Today it was only a flu job! Generally, the surgery is excellent.

My appointment was on time and the nurse (sister Helen) was very helpful and explained with care the reasons for my treatment on this occasion. Thew receptionist was also helpful in holding the door to enable me to leave the surgery.
