All the doctors and nurses I have seen have been caring and I am totally satisfied with my treatment. The only downside is having to go upstairs sometimes. I know the receptionist has said the doctor would come down - but I don't like to bother them.

The doctor was patient, understanding and thorough in her examinations and advice. No improvement necessary.

The consultation with the doctor was excellent. Booking an appointment was terrible. Six months ago it was very very good that I even discussed it with friends at different practices but you so called improved system has made making an appointment as bad as I have ever known. You could well have patients with blood pressure problems have problems. Whoever developed the new system needs to think again and listen to others. It took 3 weeks to make an appointment. Six months again 2 minutes.

Care was excellent: No feeling of being rushed- although I know doctors' time is in short supply. Asked about my other chronic diseases although not concerned with this appointment. I do not normally see the doctor.
