For the 3rd time this year the computer 'annual' system has failed to 'send' to the nurse. I haven;t been seen until reporting to the desk having been rept waiting ages. This never happens when seeing the Dr?!.

Friendly, efficient "smiley" receptionist. Efficient nurse. Appointments and follow ups made efficiently. Receptionist squeezed me into see doctor as I had fluid in my ears so saving another future appointment. Most considerate and efficient. I am a new patient and feel the atmosphere very friendly at Stoneleigh. The staff I have so far met are very efficient and pleasant and the whole practice seems to be very 'cohesive' and people look happy in their work, and are 'people friendly'.
